Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Grease Monkey Garage. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days from receipt and confirmation of your order; however, many of our metal signs and items of apparel are made to order and may take as many as 10 to 14 days to ship. We will attempt to contact you if there needs to be an extended delay.
All orders are shipped FOB Origin, which means once we confirm shipment, responsibility and liability for goods in transit transfer to the customer. We are committed to do what we can to help track shipments and ensure each customer safely receives their ordered product.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Our neon signs, tool cabinets, tool boxes, and automotive lifts and accessories are shipped only to the lower 48 states.
Our standard shipping is generally via UPS or FedEx and is free to you if you live in the lower 48 states and if your order total exceeds $149, except as may be otherwise noted on a product's description page. We do reserve the right to ship with other carriers as we sit fit. Transit times are usually between 1 and 5 days depending on the route and distance from origin. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
ALASKA AND HAWAII ADDRESSES: Note that while we ship to Alaska and Hawaii addresses for many of our products, you will be responsible for any shipping charges in excess of the approximate amount to ship such items to an address in the lower 48 states, regardless of your order total. Those shipping charges will be calculated after you place your order and a separate invoice will be sent to you for that amount. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please call us before placing your order. You are free to cancel your order at anytime prior to shipment.
Except as noted above, shipping charges for your order will be calculated as follows:

Our largest neon signs, tool cabinets, tool boxes, gas pumps, gas pump display cases, and automotive lifts and accessories are shipped via truck freight.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses must utilize USPS. Please note that we cannot ship our neon signs to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Grease Monkey Garage is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We are happy to help if we can with this process. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
